Visit Washington

With a culture as unique as its geography, the Evergreen State has so much to experience, offering everything from mountain and coastal region to desert plains. Washington state is the largest producer of apples in the nation, home to commercial giants like Starbucks and Microsoft, and is the birthplace of grunge music. It also boasts natural treasures like Mount Rainier and Mount St. Helen in the Cascade Mountains; traversing the Puget Sound and San Juan Islands from the world-famous Washington State Ferry System; and the unspoiled scenery of Olympic National Park, which covers most of the Olympic Peninsula. There are also a multitude of entertainment and cultural opportunities in popular cities like Spokane, Tacoma, Seattle, and the capital city of Olympia.
