What are the hours of the pool swim-up bar and pool-side grill?

How do I rent a poolside cabana?

The poolside cabanas are available for $85 per day, $150 a weekend, or $425 a week. They are located alongside our adult pool and are adult only as well. They offer shade, ceiling fans, comfortable chairs, Direct T.V., along with guest service. You can call us to get one reserved for your stay. Cabanas are non refundable and non transferable

Do you offer WiFi?

High speed WiFi is offered throughout the resort for an extra fee. It is $7.50 per day and $12 for a weekend stay.

Do your sites have cable television?

Direct T.V. cable is available at each of our 117 sites which include 32 High Definition channels.

What does an RV site offer?

All of our roads are concrete and feature large concrete pads with plenty of space at each RV site, cable TV, WiFi, a picnic table, a burn ring, courtesy night light, and full hook ups with both 50 and 30amp breakers.

May I bring my own golf cart or rent a golf cart?

Yes, you may do either. If you bring your own golf cart there is a $10 per day permit for your golf cart. You may also rent a golf cart for $80 per day and $140 for a weekend. Battery-powered golf carts only.

*Golf carts may only be operated by licensed drivers, and there may be no more than the maximum allowed riders on any golf cart. Golf carts are available on a first come first served basis.

Do you have a fenced in dog yard?

Yes, we do have a fenced in dog area which includes a dog bath. Please note that Good Sam Club campground regulations do not allow pit bull or rottweiler dog breeds on park grounds.

Are there any pull through sites for big rigs with a tow vehicle?

Yes. We have many sites that will accommodate oversized rigs. When you are making your reservation, please specify that you would like to reserve a site for a Class A RV over 60’ in length with a tow vehicle.

Are day passes available to Reunion Lake?

To protect the privacy of our RV campers, as well as the quiet and safety of the Reunion Lake camping experience, we do not allow a public Day Pass feature at our resort. Campers making reservations may bring guests - please refer to the pricing page for details.

Do you allow tent camping?

Tent camping is not available at Reunion Lake, as our camp sites are designed for RVs only.

Will there be live entertainment?

Yes. There will be a schedule of activities and live entertainment posted on our website, on Facebook (be sure to like and follow us), as well as in the welcome center. There will also be regularly scheduled activities for small kids, teens and adults.

Is there a general store on site?

We have a fully stocked general store with RV supplies, propane, firewood, ice, toiletries, sunscreen, and many more items to make your stay more enjoyable and convenient.

Can I bring my own kayak or paddle board to use?

No. Only kayaks and paddle boards that we rent are allowed in the lake.

Can we bring outside food to the pool?

We do not allow outside food, however, we have a full serviced grill with snack and food options.

Do you have cabins?

Cabins are not currently available, but are being discussed for future resort expansions.

Does Reunion Lake offer any discounts?

Yes, we offer the following discounts: 10% - Good Sam’s Club Members 10%- Senior Citizen (over 65 years old) 10% - Active Military (current ID required) **Only one discount may be applied, and ID must match name on discount card.

How many vehicles OTHER THAN my RV do you allow?

The maximum vehicles able to occupy a campsite is two.

Do you offer a birthday package?

Yes. Please call us during normal office hours for information.

Are there swimming pools?

Yes. There are two pools situated along the lake with easy access to good food, snowballs and lots of fun. We also have the ALL-NEW lazy river, open to all of our guests! There is a family pool with tanning ledges, a shallow area with dump buckets for toddlers and a deeper section for older kids. There is also an adults only pool with a swim up bar, as well as a hot tub and spa area. Guests must be 18 to enter the adult pool area, no exceptions.

What local attractions are nearby?

Some of our local attractions include Kliebert’s Alligator Farm, the Blues and BBQ Festival, the Strawberry Festival, Global Wildlife Center, the Hammond and Ponchatoula recreation parks and sports complexes, Oak Knoll Golf Club, Southeastern Louisiana University and antique shopping in historic downtown Ponchatoula.

Are there any Extended Stay sites available?

Yes. There will be extended stay sites available during certain dates. Each site will be subject to the covenants established by Reunion Lake. No additional structures will be allowed on a permanent site (decks, sheds, gazebos, dog houses, etc are not permitted). *Please review all policies regarding Extended Stay guests under Rules and Regulations.

May I choose my own site?

Yes. You are able to make reservations online and have the option to choose your site. Click here to view our Reservations page to get started.

Can you swim in the lake?

Lake swimming is only allowed within the Float Island water attraction bounderies, and guests must be wearing life jackets (provided by us) at all times.

What is your pet policy?

Please note that Good Sam Club campground regulations do not allow pit bull or rottweiler dog breeds on park grounds. Dogs must remain on a 6' leash at all times, and you are responsible for cleaning up after them. Pets aren't allowed around pool area, rest rooms or any indoor area. Pets should never interfere with the peace & quiet of other guests. If your pet disturbs others, and the issue can't be resolved you may be asked to leave the park (no refund). Cats are allowed but must remain in your RV or on a leash.

What are the dining options on site?

We have a great selection of food available on site at our counter-service grill. There is also the all-new Reunion Lake Sonic Drive-In, which can also be accessed by our guests via golf cart path!

Are there any golf courses nearby?

There are several golfing options for our guests. Oak Knoll Country Club is located 5 minutes away (45246 Country Club Road, Hammond), and Carter Plantation is 20 minutes away (23475 Carter Trace, Springfield). There is also a driving range located at Hammond Golf Center (15592 West Club Deluxe Road, Hammond).

When are quiet hours?

Quiet hours are from 10PM to 8AM during the Winter and 11PM to 8AM during the Summer. Quiet hours are strictly enforced here. We want you to have fun, but only while being considerate to other guests. This includes, but is not limited to... noise that may come from music playing, golf cart activity or barking dogs.

Is fishing allowed?

There will be a designated area in Reunion Lake (the large lake) located right past the outdoor amphitheater area where fishing will be allowed. You may bring your own fishing pole or purchase one from the camp store.

Where can I get my RV serviced?

There are several RV dealerships within 10 minutes of Reunion Lake with RV repair services. Berryland Campers, Dixie RV, and Kent Mitchell RV all have full service departments. Ross Downing Chevrolet is also a recognized Workhorse Chassis service location.

Rules & Regulations

Camping Regulations

1.   Wrist bands are required to be worn at all times. 
2.   Only one camping unit is allowed on the designated campsite.
3.   No more than 8 registered campers can occupy a campsite.
4.   Quiet hours begin at 11 pm and ends 8 am.
5.   All children/teenagers must be back at a campsite by 11 pm, except for Reunion Lake special events.
6.   Visitors should vacate the premises by designated quiet hours.
7.   The use of electric or gas powered play vehicles, other than electric golf carts, are prohibited.
8.   Campsite must be reserved by a person of the age 21 or older.
9.   Campers are responsible for the cleanliness of their campsite.
10.   Camper must be here and ready to camp in order to register for a site.
11.   Washing of vehicles and campers are prohibited. 
12.   The use of fireworks are prohibited.
13.   Music that is audible beyond the immediate vicinity, of the site, is prohibited.
14.   Sound systems or any kind of amplified music are not allowed.
15.   Bikes must be back at the campsite before quiet hours and must have flashlights at night.
16.   Swimming in any water, other than pools and the designated Float Island lake area, is not allowed.
17.   Registered guests are responsible for their guests.
18.   All facilities are to be left clean after use.
19.   No outside firewood allowed.
20.   Portable or inflatable swimming pools are not allowed in the park.
21.   Please note that Good Sam Club campground regulations do not allow pit bull or rottweiler dog breeds on park grounds.

Golf Cart Regulations

1.   Golf carts may be used on Reunion Lake roads only and may not exceed the posted speed limit. Side walk and off road use is prohibited.
2.   Operators of golf carts must adhere to all applicable state laws. Operators of golf carts must possess a valid driver’s license. 
3.   Occupancy may not exceed limits set by the manufacturer.
4.   Operator & passengers must remain seated while vehicle is in motion.
5.   No one may sit in the lap of the operator or passenger.
6.   Golf carts must be equipped with functional headlights & tail lights to be operated at night.
7.   Golf carts must be back at the designated campsite by the beginning of quiet hours. 
8.   Any damage caused during rental period is the responsibility of renter. 
     
    The park manager, or representative may, at his discretion, cause the removal or limit the stay of persons or vehicles causing any disturbance or in any way creating a nuisance.
